Our MISSION
We are committed to ending homelessness, hunger, and insecurity among teens and young adults. By addressing immediate needs and creating pathways to long-term success, we’re transforming adversity into opportunity.
What We Do
In partnership with St. Tammany Parish Public Schools and the Kids In Transition (KIT) program, we provide critical support to 150+ students annually, ensuring at-risk youth have the stability and resources they need to thrive. From housing and food assistance to mentorship and education support, our programs create real opportunities for change.

Join us Friday, October 24, 2025, at The Bridges Golf Club—an Arnold Palmer Signature Course—for the One Way Love Charity Golf Classic. This 4-person scramble brings together community, competition, and compassion to support at-risk youth in St. Tammany Parish.
