Rosemary Manint
Experiencing adversity shaped my understanding of compassion and love. I know what it’s like to feel invisible, which is why we created One Way Love—to ensure no young person faces hardship alone. We provide the mentorship, resources, and stability they need to build a better future.

Sandra Douglas
Having faced childhood trauma, I know firsthand the power of unconditional support. One Way Love exists to give young people the stability and encouragement we didn’t always have—offering mentorship, housing, and education assistance to break cycles and change lives.

Debbie Thompson
With a passion for youth development, I ensure One Way Love’s programs—from housing to mentorship—meet the highest standards of care. Working closely with schools, social workers, and partners, I help connect young people with the resources they need to thrive.
Operations Director
Stacy Lawson
Stacy ensures that One Way Love runs smoothly, managing day-to-day operations, funding initiatives, and volunteer coordination. Her expertise in nonprofit management helps keep programs efficient, well-resourced, and always focused on the youth we serve.
